Profit Centre Manager (Wholesale/Retail/Warehouse/Sales/Operations)

Location: Perth, Scotland (covering all of Scotland). Must live within 30 min commutable distance of Perth

Salary: £50-70k DOE & Profit Share/Bonus (*Control your own destiny / Can be substantial)!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account and Territory Development: Strengthen and develop long-term relationships with clients and suppliers to outpace competitors. Revive areas of declining sales and establish your territory as the preferred supplier choice.
  • Range & Relationship Development: Collaborate with market-leading suppliers to drive innovation and product range expansion in key accounts.
  • Sales Leadership: Manage and inspire field sales teams and account managers, ensuring they hit targets and exceed expectations.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee warehouse operations and logistics to ensure efficient stock management and timely distribution.
  • Financial Management: Lead the finance team, manage budgets, and ensure financial performance meets business goals.

  • Proven experience in sales and business management

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships.
