Are you a detail-oriented Site Engineer looking to take the lead on rail and civil engineering projects? We're working with a respected contractor to find a dedicated and proactive Site Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee critical project sections, ensuring safe and efficient delivery while developing your expertise with a forward-thinking company.

As a Site Engineer, you will manage specific sections of rail and civil engineering projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency throughout. You'll coordinate site operations, provide technical guidance, and liaise with project teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, oversee, and manage designated sections of rail and civil engineering projects.
- Carry out setting out, surveying, and quality control activities.
- Ensure works are executed in compliance with designs, specifications, and safety standards.
- Support the Site Agent and Project Manager in delivering project objectives.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient progress.
- Maintain accurate site records, including reports, inspections, and progress updates.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Section Engineer within the rail or civil engineering sector.
- Proficiency in setting out equipment and software (e.g., CAD).
- Strong understanding of construction methods, standards, and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to health, safety, and environmental compliance.
