  • Job Type: Full-time, Rotational Shifts including 1 in every 7 weekends

We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Inbound Call Handler. This role is central to providing exceptional service and support to our customers. Day-to-day of the role:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring a professional and courteous response.
  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls efficiently and effectively.
  • Utilise our in-house system to determine customer needs and identify appropriate next steps.
  • Accurately record customer information onto their account records, maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK and the ability to pass a criminal record and credit check.
