Internal Sales Administrator required for a 10 month fixed term contract, with the potential for extension beyond the 10 months.
Working full time, 35hrs per week with an early 3pm finish every Friday!
24,000 - 25,000 per annum depending on experience
What you'll be responsible for:
- First point of contact for customers, email or telephone
- Ensuring good information has been entered into the CRM system
- Create / send offers via the ERP system
- Following up on offers and outstanding loans
- Create reports
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained
- Ensure smooth daily running of the office, assist with managing office contracts with Utilities and other suppliers
- Support analysis, planning & forecasting using order and customer data
- Assisting with market research
- Recording warranty requests
- Logistics management
- Diary management and travel coordination
