As the Talent Acquisition Executive you will form a key link across strategy and recruitment whilst collaborating across our founding divisions, Accountancy & Finance and Financial Services. Working closely with the directors across our continued candidate attraction journey, as the Talent Acquisition Executive your responsibilities will include:
  • Develop and maintain an excellent understanding of talent acquisition strategies which align with the Jenson Fisher corporate goals.
  • Work closely with consultants across the business to ensure that each candidate receives the best possible experience.
  • Maximise the integrity of our sophisticated, market leading CRM system through achieving objectives.
  • Using various sourcing methods, including social media, networking, job boards and databases to maintain and grow a pipeline of first class candidates.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to passive candidates and maintain relationships with talent of both today and tomorrow.
  • Track and deliver on key hiring metrics to maximise recruitment efficiency.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and propose new methods to increase efficiency.
  • Contribute significantly to the continued success and growth of Jenson Fisher and be rewarded accordingly.
