- Work closely with consultants across the business to ensure that each candidate receives the best possible experience.
- Maximise the integrity of our sophisticated, market leading CRM system through achieving objectives.
- Using various sourcing methods, including social media, networking, job boards and databases to maintain and grow a pipeline of first class candidates.
- Conduct proactive outreach to passive candidates and maintain relationships with talent of both today and tomorrow.
- Track and deliver on key hiring metrics to maximise recruitment efficiency.
- Identify areas for process improvement and propose new methods to increase efficiency.
