Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit assignments, overseeing all stages from planning to completion.
- Review and finalise audit files, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Train, mentor, and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice and insights.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure project goals are met.
- ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent).
- Demonstrable experience in an audit-focused role.
- Strong understanding of UK accounting standards and practices.
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
