Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit assignments, overseeing all stages from planning to completion.
• Review and finalise audit files, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Train, mentor, and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice and insights.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure project goals are met.

• ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent).
• Demonstrable experience in an audit-focused role.
• Strong understanding of UK accounting standards and practices.
• Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
