My large client in the utilities sector is currently looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to join them on a 6 month contract basis to lead their DevOps Product team. You will be managing the operational aspects of the product teams, ensuring risk, legal, security and other compliance requirements are met.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist with the embedding of DevOps practices
- Delivery of Product objectives, key results and other value targets defined on the product roadmap, with an ability to be adaptable to meet changing business environments
- Establish and maintain highly effective relationships with product teams, stakeholders at all levels
- Delivery of technology solutions with focus on tangible business outcomes
Skills that would make you successful in this role:
- Experience of running DevOps product teams
- Experience of having built and improved DevOps teams
- Experience in applying agile methodologies and supporting context, such as governance, process and culture across different levels of portfolio
- Ability to work in a technically or organisationally complex environment.
- Energy or Utilities experience
