A well-established wholesale business supplying a wide range of products to retailers across the UK. The Perth site plays a key role in serving customers across Scotland and Northern Ireland, operating as part of a larger group.
The Role
As Inventory Controller, you will:
- Lead & manage a team of 3 Inventory Assistants
- Negotiate with suppliers securing the best prices & payment terms by being bold and asking for more
- Drive stock management tackling aged stock by pushing sales, creating deals, and moving items on efficiently
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Warehouse & Transport teams
- Meet suppliers & introduce new product lines
