A friendly and dynamic work environment with free parking on-site.Role: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mortgage Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis. This role involves providing back-office administrative support to two mortgage advisors/business development staff.Key Responsibilities:* Prepare and process mortgage applications and related documentation* Liaise with clients, lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth processing of mortgage applications* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and databases* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence related to mortgage applications* Schedule appointments and manage calendars for mortgage advisors* Conduct initial assessments of client documents to ensure completeness* Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements* Provide general administrative support to the mortgage advisors and business development staffRequirements:* Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the mortgage or financial services industry, a degree in the relevant industry will be considered too* Strong organisational and time management skills* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* High attention to detail and accuracy
