Anderson Knight are currently recruiting for an Operations and Logistics Manager.

About the Role

The Operations Manager will play a key role in overseeing and optimising the efficient functioning of warehousing, transportation, and building projects within the organisation. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration across all of our operational functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing best practices, streamlining processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational effectiveness. We are looking for a candidate that will bring together many teams within the business so that the left hand always knows what the right hand is doing. You may have experience in a similar role, and will have a proven track record of successfully delivering large projects within an organisation.

  • Managing day to day warehouse operations to maximise productivity, efficiency and build strong teams.
  • Ensuring that communication between warehouse managers, retail and procurement is seamless.
  • Transportation Logistics- Develop and implement transportation strategies to optimise routes, reduce fuel costs, and minimise environmental impact.
  • Oversee the Health and Safety management of the warehouse sites, working with all stakeholders to ensure a safe environment for staff and visitors.
  • Collaborate with construction teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure quality standards and project specifications are met.
