Staff NursePerth and Kinross£22 - £23 per hourResponsibilities* Provide support to residents and ensure their safety whilst promoting independence* Support care staff in training and development* Liaise with other health professionals such as GP's to ensure residents receive the appropriate medical care* Maintain confidentiality at all times adhering to NMC regulations and Code of Conduct* To ensure cleanliness of medical equipment * Report any issues to the Home Manager* Medication management - administration and record keepingRequirements * Must be a registered nurse (RGN or RMN) with elderly care home experience * You will be a compassionate individual dedicated to delivering the highest quality of care * Be motivated to provide support in developing less experienced staff members knowledge and skills to ensure high quality care is provided at all times* Excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships with residents and their families
