CW Recruitment Specialists are looking for a PA/Office Manager to provide support to the CEO and ensure the smooth running of all business operations. You will join a small, friendly and vibrant team who operate in an exciting industry. This is an integral role to the business which with give you the opportunity to take ownership. So, if you have a proactive mindset, you are confident to make decisions and bring fresh ideas, and you are used to ensuring the smooth running of an office this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary management for the CEO
  • Attend Managers meetings and external events/roadshows when required.
  • Oversee successful organisation and co-ordination of corporate events.
  • Make travel arrangements/Hotel bookings for CEO.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external staff, suppliers and customers.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the Office and that the workplace is safe and compliant.
  • Manage staff when their direct line manager is away from the office.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Professional, self-motivated and pro-active
  • Adaptable and highly organised
  • High attention to detail and extremely efficient
  • Experience in a PA / Office Manager role
  • Excellent written / oral communications skills
  • Proficient with Outlook particularly diary management
  • Thorough command of MS Office - specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Capable of dealing with a fast-paced environment
