The Role

As a Process Engineer, you'll take technical ownership of manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency. You'll identify and deliver process improvements, support production teams with technical expertise, and manage the introduction of new products and processes. Building strong relationships with suppliers and colleagues, you'll contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure processes meet yield, safety, and quality expectations.
  • Provide technical support to resolve complex production issues.
  • Drive process improvements and cost reductions using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels, producing clear reports and recommendations.

About You

You have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a relevant role (process engineering, manufacturing, or continuous improvement).
  • Strong knowledge of process control, manufacturing techniques, and principles.
  • Proven experience in Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma.
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • IT proficiency, including Excel (experience with SolidWorks and/or Minitab is advantageous).
  • A self-motivated, analytical, and resilient mindset.
