We are seeking a motivated and organised Sales Administrator to join our team in Perth. This is an exciting opportunity to support our Business Development Managers and play a key role in our sales operations during this fixed-term position.

Key Duties:
- Provide comprehensive sales administration support, coordinating quotes and proposals for potential clients
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth logistics and timely responses
- Update and maintain internal CRM systems to track client interactions and sales progress
- Manage first-line phone calls and email inquiries, delivering excellent customer service
- Assist with PA and office management duties, ensuring efficient office operations

Person Specification:
- Experience: Essential experience with CRM systems, ideally in a sales administration capacity
- Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
- IT Proficiency: Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Team Player: Confident and collaborative, able to work effectively within a team
- Availability: Available to start within the next two weeks
