Our client is an independent luxury 4-star Country Hotel in the beautiful Perthshire countryside is recruiting a Restaurant Manager. With stunning views in a place where guests come to explore but also kick back and soak up the service, food, drink and spectacular views.

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to manage and operate one of the many restaurants within the resort.
You will be responsible for driving standards for lunch and dinner service to inspire and lead our passionate team to confidently interact with our guests in a friendly, respectful and caring manor guiding them on food and drink choices to help them create memorable experiences.

This is an ideal position for an existing Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager looking to gain further experience of a unique marketplace on their career path.

Personal qualities required are:

* Ideally from a 4-star luxury/ resort hotel background.
* You must have a proven track record of people development and leading a team from the front.
* This will suit someone who is ready to make a move in their career to a large country house estate operation but wants to work in a home & family orientated hotel environment.
* Be self-driven, able to work within a team and be willing to be always 'hands-on'.
