This role would suit a Restaurant Manager who enjoys leading a team and providing a first class customer service where you can really progress and develop your career.

The Role:

  • Lead by example, actively working in all outlets to assess and improve service delivery.
  • Ensure consistency in food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
  • Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyse guest feedback, implementing action plans for improvement.
  • Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to restaurant managers, venue managers and bars manager, helping them develop strong leadership and service skills.
  • Design and deliver structured training programs to enhance service excellence, upselling techniques, and guest engagement.
  • Support managers in optimizing labour costs, inventory control, and operational budgets.

The Person:

  • Experience in Managing within Hospitality
  • Strong leadership skills
