Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their requirements, style preferences, and budget.
- Create custom designs that align with the client's vision while ensuring functionality and aesthetics.
- Present design concepts and solutions to clients, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Provide accurate estimates and quotations for the proposed designs.
- Keep up to date with the latest design trends and product innovations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting our products and services.
- Follow up with clients and manage the project through to completion, ensuring their satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the KBB industry, preferably in a similar role
- Experience with Compusoft Winner is advantageous, but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and colleagues
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A passion for staying up to date with the latest design trends and products
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Sales-driven mindset with a hunger for exceeding target
