Key Responsibilities:
- Reception and switchboard management
- Welcoming visitors and making teas and coffees
- Booking and preparing rooms
- Taking messages and passing these on
- Gatekeeping duties for senior staff
- Travel and diary booking as required
- Handling mail duties
Requirements:
- Professional and well-presented
- Previous reception experience preferred, but customer service or office experience is essential
