Parcelforce, the leading name in parcel delivery, is seeking dedicated Warehouse Operatives to join our bustling team!Why Work With Us?- Competitive Pay: Earn £12.54 - £13.90 per hour while you work in a fast-paced environment!- Career Opportunities: This temporary position offers the chance for a permanent role based on performance.- Dynamic Work Environment: Be part of a team that thrives on efficiency and teamwork!Your Responsibilities:As a Warehouse Operative, you'll be hands-on with a variety of essential tasks:- Unload and Load Vans: Be the backbone of our logistics by ensuring timely and efficient loading and unloading of parcels.- Manual Handling: Lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30kg-keep fit while you work!- Scanning & Checking Labels: Ensure accuracy in our delivery process by scanning and verifying parcels.- Parcel Safety: Handle all parcels with care to prevent damage and maintain quality.- Pallet Management: Unwrap and wrap pallets as needed, checking for any damage or faults in goods.Who We're Looking For:- Strong Work Ethic: You're flexible, proactive, and ready to take initiative.- People Skills: Friendly and helpful, you work well in a team environment.- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, especially with goods in and out scanning systems.
