Description
- Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts
- Assisting in the production of annual budgets and forecasts
- Providing financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making
- Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions
- Liaising with internal and external auditors
- Supporting the wider finance team as required
- Compliance with all industry and company financial regulations
- Continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems
Profile
A successful Assistant Management Accountant should have:
- A relevant accounting qualification (CIMA preferred)
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and meet tight deadlines
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
