This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading audit assignments, mentoring junior staff, and working closely with clients to provide expert advice and build lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading audits from planning through to completion for a diverse client base
- Supervising and mentoring junior staff, providing training and guidance
- Preparing financial statements in compliance with UK GAAP
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Reporting directly to managers and partners, offering strategic audit advice
- ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified
- At least three years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge of audit, accounting standards, and tax principles
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines
