We are working with a highly regarded and award-winning accountancy firm that is looking for an Audit Senior to join their expanding team in Peterborough.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified ACA/ACCA professional with solid technical expertise and experience in leading audit teams.

The role:

As an Audit Senior, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality audit and assurance engagements, leading teams on a variety of assignments, and managing client relationships. This is a dynamic position within a growing team, offering exposure to large corporate clients and groups with turnovers of up to £500m.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion
  • Reviewing and preparing financial statements for single entities and group structures
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders, supporting advisory projects such as financial forecasting, business plans, and internal control reviews
  • Managing client relationships, acting as a key point of contact
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members, supporting their development
  • Collaborating with Partners and Managers, gaining hands-on experience on complex engagements
