Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing a range of business services including accounts preparation, tax compliance, and advisory work.
- Oversee and support junior team members, ensuring quality and accuracy in deliverables.
- Liaise directly with clients, offering tailored advice to meet their needs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and tax standards.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and client service.
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified, or qualified by experience.
- Strong technical knowledge in accounts preparation and taxation.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- A proactive and team-oriented approach to problem-solving.
