Our client, a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Peterborough, is offering an excellent opportunity to join their team as a Corporate Tax Senior. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in Corporate Tax and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Key responsibilities will include reviewing draft corporation tax returns prepared by Managers, Associates, and Partners, presenting key findings from these reviews, and identifying potential tax issues or planning opportunities. You will also provide support and assistance to colleagues on corporate tax compliance matters, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current legislation. Key Responsibilities

  • Review draft corporation tax returns for Managers, Associates, and Partners across the firm as requested
  • Present key findings from reviews to Managers, Associates, and Partners
  • Identify potential tax issues or planning opportunities
  • Provide support and assistance to colleagues across the firm on corporate tax compliance matters
  • Stay updated on changes in UK tax legislation and ensure compliance across the board

Requirements

  • ATT/ACA/ACCA qualified
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions
