Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in accountancy, preferably with an ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification.
The position also involves completing quarterly VAT returns, handling tax queries, and enhancing controls and processes.

Reporting into a dynamic and personable senior leadership team, this is a broad role where you will have exposure across controls, statutory reporting, tax and projects such as acquisitions and systems implementation. Key duties include:-Preparing group management accounts with associated commentary-Support statutory accounts production alongside external accountancy firm-Take lead on external audit requirements-Completion of quarterly VAT returns and wider tax queries-Carry out regular reconciliations-Review and improvement of controls and processes where relevant Suitable applicants will likely either be working in, or have trained in an accountancy practice, and hold an ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification. Consideration will also be given to those who have group technical experience gained purely in industry.
