Group AccountantFenlandsSome Hybrid working available Broster Buchanan are delighted to be the exclusive recruitment partner to a business that continues to grow year on year, and is looking to add an ambitious technical accountant to the team. Reporting into a dynamic and personable senior leadership team, this is a broad role where you will have exposure across controls, statutory reporting, tax and projects such as acquisitions and systems implementation. Key duties include:-Preparing group management accounts with associated commentary-Support statutory accounts production alongside external accountancy firm-Take lead on external audit requirements-Completion of quarterly VAT returns and wider tax queries-Carry out regular reconciliations-Review and improvement of controls and processes where relevant Suitable applicants will likely either be working in, or have trained in an accountancy practice, and hold an ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification.
