The ONE Group are delighted to be partnering with an ambitious SME, who have some exciting growth plans for the coming years, which you could help lead and develop. They are on the lookout for a commercially minded an all rounded Management Accountant to join them in a varied and engaging role, looking after the accounts for 2 of their companies.Reporting into the Company Directors and managing the full accounting function for 2 sites, your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and developing company accounting and control processes.
- End to end payroll- weekly & monthly
- Quarterly VAT returns
- Producing the management account packs
- Reconciliation of the bank & statements.
- Allocating payments & supplier payments
- Year end accounts
To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally be an experienced accountant with a background of working within a SME (ideally one which has encountered growth during your tenure). Qualifications aren't essential.The salary for the role is paying between £35,000 & £40,000 per annum and will be required to be in the office 5 days a week.
