The role involves preparing budgets, conducting financial analysis, and managing stock, among other responsibilities.
Candidates are required to have at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, preferably in food manufacturing, along with strong analytical and Excel skills.
The position offers a salary ranging from £40,000 to £43,950, with additional benefits including hybrid working and a potential bonus of up to 12.5%.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, and the role includes 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays.

Your New CompanyHays Accountancy & Finance are supporting a manufacturing company recruiting a Management Accountant to join their Finance Team at one of their operational sites in Peterborough.Your New Role

Preparing budgets, forecasts and business planning.
Financial analysis including cost management.
Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders.
Stock management including stock audits.

What you need to succeed

Manufacturing experience of at least 1 year (food manufacturing would be advantageous).
Business partnering experience.
Strong analytical mind set and variance analysis skills.
Strong Excel skills.

What you get in return

£40,000 - £43,950 salary.
Hybrid working (4 days office/1 day at home).
Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:30pm.
