Are you an experienced Tax Director eager to lead, inspire, and make an impact in a dynamic firm? Our client, a well-established provider of fractional finance services, is searching for a Tax Director to join their senior leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the forefront of business success and to deliver outstanding results for clients. As Tax Director, you will be responsible for overseeing client statutory returns and ensuring compliance with tax standards while driving efficiencies across the firm and for clients.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead the senior team to meet KPIs, ensuring client engagement and accuracy in all returns.
- Oversee accounts preparation for FRS 102, 105, and various other entities, ensuring up-to-date compliance.
- Sign off and submit Self-Assessment and CT600 returns, maximising tax efficiencies while adhering to standards.
- Support payroll and VAT accuracy through team management and up-to-date compliance.
- Lead improvements and automation initiatives, supporting Finance Assistants in enhancing efficiency.
Personal Requirements
- ACCA (or equivalent) with 3+ years of PQE, in practice.
- Tax return experience.
- Leadership experience.
- Self-motivated, strong communicator, adept at handling multiple clients, and able to lead and mentor staff effectively.
