Description
- Purchase ledger and Sales ledger responsibilities
- Forecast revenue and expenses
- Report on financial status on a regular basis and create ad-hoc reports when needed
- Collaborate with the accounting team to prepare budget reports
- Ensure all financial operations comply with governmental rules and regulations
- Help with tax audits and tax returns
- Support the Accounting & Finance department by completing administrative tasks as required
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with accounting software
- Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
