The One Group are recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join a large business in Peterborough on a full time (37 hour working week), 6 month Fixed Term Contract. This role will see you working from home, with occasional travel to the office in Peterborough. Responsibilities:
- Registering, checking & gaining authorisation for accounts payable invoices
- Processing payments within agreed terms
- Actively work towards resolving problems and implementing solutions with external suppliers
- Prepare/maintain bulk invoicing splits and journal entries
- Produce accurate and periodic accounts payable reports providing appropriate audit trails to general ledger reporting, including input of departmental KPIs for the payables function
Requirements:
- Experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Available for a start date within 1 week
- Experience on eBis desired
Benefits:
