Key Responsibilities:
路 Managing day-to-day office operations and ensuring the smooth running of the office environment.
路 Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and attention to detail.
路 Organising and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, including travel arrangements.
路 Maintaining office supplies and overseeing stock levels to ensure the office runs without disruption.
路 Supporting management with administrative tasks, including preparing reports, documents, and presentations.
路 Performing any additional office-related duties as required.
Key Skills & Experience:
路 Proven experience in an office administration or similar role.
路 Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and prioritise tasks.
路 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
路 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
路 Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
路 Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
路 Friendly, approachable, and adaptable with a positive attitude.
