You will be a key player within the Commercial team, ensuring seamless day-to-day order processing and exceptional customer service for direct dispatch clients.About the Role:In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the heart of the operations, managing customer orders through internal systems and customer portals, coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth order processing, and preparing daily dispatch paperwork. You'll also monitor orders, handle customer inquiries efficiently, and support the operations team in delivering outstanding service. Your analytical skills will shine as you run stock reports, monitor KPIs, and provide product information through customer portals.What We're Looking For:We’re seeking someone with experience in sales order administration and customer service who thrives in a team environment.
