We are seeking an Internal Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for managing our order book and supply chain, supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, managing customer accounts, and ensuring a seamless flow of information between the sales team, production, and customers. If you are a proactive individual with a passion for organisation and administrative excellence, we would love to hear from you.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Accurately entering and processing customer orders.
  • Coordinating with the planning and production team to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Tracking orders and providing updates to customers and sales representatives.
  • Processing accurate invoices.
  • Maintaining, monitoring, and updating customer feedback records and sales databases; managing complaints in the CRM system.
  • Generating sales reports, order status reports, and other related documents as required by the sales team and management.
  • Maintaining KPIs and keeping SOPs up to date.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls, monitoring biosecurity barriers and doors, plus managing emails and drop-in customers and suppliers.
  • Maintaining a well-organised filing system for sales documents.
  • Assisting with planning annual events and conferences.
  • Processing export and import documents & declarations, stock management & fleet allocation.
  • Attending and assisting sales team meetings.
  • Working with Finance to assist with Accounts Payable and Aged Debt.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • A team player with a high level of dedication.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Customer and quality focus.
  • Planning experience.
