We are supporting a company based in Essendine with recruiting for a Sales Support Coordinator. This full time, permanent opportunity which will give you the opportunity to earn a monthly bonus. This is an office based position, working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. The bonus is achieved on your ability to share information relating to promotions that are being offered, although this is not a targeted role and you will only ever speak to existing customers.

In return for your hard work you will also be offered a generous benefits package to include yearly salary reviews, twice yearly extra bonus payouts, flexible working environment, 25 days annual leave + long service awards of one extra day annual holiday for every 5 years worked, life assurance and a pension scheme (3% employers' contribution).

Duties will include:

  • Liaising with wholesalers and customers regarding new installations, setting up customers and assisting with queries
  • Liaising with engineers and customers to agree installation dates
  • Generating invoices for sales and installations
  • Upselling equipment to existing customers
  • Responding to marketing campaigns with outbound sales calls
  • Take card payments and add payments into the database
  • Assist and support the sales team with leads
  • Weekly CRM reporting to Manager

To be successful you must be confident communicating over the phone with customers plus have experience of providing excellent customer service. You must be organised and motivated, along with good listening skills to be able to identify opportunities to upsell when required.
