Job Title: Art Technician

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and creative Art Technician to join a thriving secondary school in Peterborough, starting in January 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the Art Department in delivering a wide range of inspiring and practical lessons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Art Department in preparing materials and resources for lessons.
- Ensure that all art equipment and resources are maintained and stored safely.
- Provide technical support to teachers and students during practical art lessons.
- Help to manage the display of artwork across the school.
- Support with the organisation of exhibitions, workshops, and art-related activities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role or a strong background in art and design.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A passion for the arts and supporting students' creative development.
