The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in the operation of mobile plant machinery. This role is perfect for someone who has a keen eye for Health and Safety and can work well within a team.
They use 17 Tonne 360 excavators, loading shovels, overhead / gantry cranes, and forklift trucks on site, so experience operating this type of machinery is essential. However, tickets and licences are desirable not essential
Duties include, but arent limited to:
Operation of gantry cranes, overhead cranes, forklift trucks and other machinery when required
Weighbridge Operation
Plant checks
Tipping Hall Management
About you:
Experience operating mobile plant machinery
Experience within a similar position, in any suitable industry (construction or engineering ideally)
Experiences of safe systems of work, permits for work and risk assessments is essential
Appropriate tickets / licences are desirable but not essential
Package:
£36,280 per year
Up to 10% bonus per year
10 week rota including some weekend work and 3 WEEKS OFF built into rota every 10 weeks
4 7% matched pension
