This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, helping UK businesses secure the funding they need to grow. No prior finance experience is required, as training and development is provided through the comprehensive programme, offering a clear pathway to becoming a Senior Finance Broker within 6-12 months and significantly boosting your earning potential.


The Sales Representative role:

As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in helping businesses access tailored funding solutions, including Asset Finance, Commercial Loans, and Bridging Finance. You will generate leads, qualify potential clients, and support senior brokers in securing funding deals.


Responsibilities of the Sales Representative position:

  • Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Build strong relationships with SMEs and business owners
  • Qualify clients' finance needs and introduce them to suitable funding solutions
  • Work closely with senior brokers to develop funding strategies
  • Learn how to assess business financials and prepare funding applications
  • Maintain accurate records on CRM systems and internal tools
  • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company policies

What are we looking for in the next Sales Representative?

  • Strong sales, account management, business development background or competitive background (experience in recruitment, insurance, estate agency, or B2B sales is a plus)
  • Confident communicator with a natural ability to build relationships over the phone
  • Ambitious and financially motivated, with a desire to maximise earning potential
  • Organised, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks
  • Resilient and target-driven, with a keen eye for detail
