Your RoleYou will manage 50 of their largest accounts, driving revenue and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include:
  • Building strong client relationships and delivering proactive account management.
  • Processing sales orders efficiently and resolving customer service inquiries.
  • Conducting outbound telesales calls and handling inbound queries.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
What You BringThe ideal candidate will embody values of trust, cooperation, innovation, passion, and customer focus. You should have:
  • A proven track record in account management, sales, or customer service.
  • Experience within the truck or transportation sector (desired). 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and work independently.
  • Proficiency with tools like Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM/MRP systems.
  • Attitude and aptitude are valued above academic qualifications.
