The One Group are excited to be partnering with a huge name within the Peterborough area, who are looking for a Senior Finance Administrator to join their team on a full time (35 hours per week), permanent basis.Responsibilities:
- Ensure the purchase order process is adhered to, goods and services are notified and entered in a timely manner
- Provide support to resolve purchase order and payment queries
- Completion of reconciliations under guidance from financial/management accounts team
- Monitor and report on compliance within the business on purchase card use
- Support administration of staff expenses
- Collate reports and data under guidance from the financial control or management accounts teams
- Respond to emails in central inbox efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
- 3 years experience in an Accounts Admin/Accounts Assistant role
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPS)
- Live within 1 hour of Peterborough
Benefits:
- £32,000-£33,000 per annum
- Remote working - once per month in the office
