There is flexibility on hours and days worked.Delivery of transaction processing, accounting, ad-hoc analysis, and other finance administration tasks for the head office.Role Responsibilities• Monitoring the accounts inbox and highlighting the status of items received daily.• Accounts Payable – processing invoices, ensuring authorised in accordance with policy, appropriately coded and posted on a timely basis.• Preparing payment runs.• Conducting supplier statement reconciliations.• Preparation of intercompany recharge invoices and intercompany reconciliations.• Preparation of journals, reconciliations and related analysis.Person Specification•Prior experience of working in a finance function or other similar business administration role.•Prior experience of invoice processing, posting journals, preparing reconciliations and using an accounting system.•Good working knowledge of Excel an advantage.
