Triangle Recruitment, in partnership with Supreme Concrete, is seeking Production Operatives to join their team due to increased workload.
The position requires candidates to have at least 1 year of experience and offers a starting salary of £12.38 per hour.
Production Operatives will work Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:30, with overtime available and immediate starts for suitable candidates.
Duties include sub-assembly of concrete products, machine operating, quality checks, and maintaining cleanliness using 5S principles.
Additional benefits include a £100 retention bonus after 4 weeks and a £200 bonus after 12 weeks of continuous service with perfect attendance.

Triangle Recruitment, working in partnership with Supreme Concrete, (Part of Ibstock PLC), are looking to expand its current workforce due to an increase in work load, by recruiting a team of Production Operatives. The role of the Production Operative is to ensure the factory unit is run effectively and efficiently to use all time wisely, work efficiently, and work effectively. The role will involve working 07:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday. Overtime is available . Immediate starts available for suitable candidates. The role does involve Manual Handling, involving the use of Mechanical Lifting Aids. Full Training and daily team briefs will given to all.

Duties Include :-

Sub-Assembly of Concrete Products and steel rebar.

Removing and Stacking of Finished Concrete Products

Loading Concrete and steel into Moulds and Machines

Machine Operating

Working as Part of a Team

Quality Checks

Completing production Paperwork

Use 5S principals to keep work areas clean
