Our client, a leading customer communications company, is looking for a Machine Operator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis based in Peterborough.

Job Purpose:

To set up and operate various paper wrap and envelope enclosing machines within the finishing environment, consistently & efficiently producing quality products to fully satisfy all clients requirements.

Main Duties:

To run all equipment to the standards set out in the KPI Information Sheet issued.
Produce work to a high standard.
Comply with Health & Safety practices at all times.
Maintain the equipment and keep records of maintenance.
Complete the future daily time sheets.
To read and understand job bag in order to produce the required quality of work.
Comply with company policies.
Ensure job is finished to next stage requirements i.e. Packing Spec & labeling
Follow future finishing ISO Standard Procedures.
To attend and comply with all training.
Undertake to comply with the Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and its associated policies.
To perform any other duties which may be required from time to time.

Experience required - paper wrap and envelope enclosing machines, camera systems, online/offline inkjet.
