The Role:As a Maintenance Manager, you'll be at the heart of ensuring maximum efficiency and output across all site facilities, machinery, and production processes. You'll lead a proactive and reactive maintenance service, keeping downtime to a minimum while improving operational effectiveness.
You'll also be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) strategy
- Managing breakdowns and ensuring machine availability
- Overseeing new machinery installations and safe disposal of obsolete equipment
- Driving continuous improvement and modern manufacturing processes
- Ensuring Health, Safety, and Environmental standards are met
- Managing budgets and capital expenditure projects
- Strong leadership & management skills able to motivate and develop a team
- Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical maintenance
- Ability to work cross-functionally with production teams to improve efficiency
- Excellent problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills
- A commercially aware, strategic thinker who thrives on delivering results

Salary - £40,000 plus benefits.
