The Role:

As a Maintenance Manager, you'll be at the heart of ensuring maximum efficiency and output across all site facilities, machinery, and production processes. You'll lead a proactive and reactive maintenance service, keeping downtime to a minimum while improving operational effectiveness.

You'll also be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) strategy
  • Managing breakdowns and ensuring machine availability
  • Overseeing new machinery installations and safe disposal of obsolete equipment
  • Driving continuous improvement and modern manufacturing processes
  • Ensuring Health, Safety, and Environmental standards are met
  • Managing budgets and capital expenditure projects

  • Strong leadership & management skills able to motivate and develop a team
  • Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical maintenance
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with production teams to improve efficiency
