National Facilities and Site Manager About the role:National Facilities and Site Manager - We are delighted to be working with a fantastic organisation covering the whole of the UK, providing top notch Facilities Management and Building Services Solutions to commercial clients.Now seeking a National Facilities and Site Manager to join their dynamic and results As a successful organisation that has experienced great success their strategy for growth continues and as such they are looking for an experienced Facilities and Building Services professional to join the Leadership team and really help drive the business further forward.As the National Facilities and Site Manager you will  ake the reins of a diverse and fast-paced portfolio, managing hard facilities services, maintenance, refurbishments, and more. You’ll be pivotal in overseeing a small team, managing subcontractors, and delivering top-quality projects across multiple sectors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys building strong client relationships, and is ready to lead from the front.Who We Are Looking ForWe’re seeking a driven professional with:
  • Knowledge/qualification of CDM, SSMSS/SMSTS, and a full UK driving licence are a MUST.
  • Proven experience in facilities management, site services and project management.
  • Strong leadership skills to oversee teams, subcontractors, and operations.
  • A proactive attitude toward maintaining client relationships and driving account growth.
  • Commercial acumen with sales capability
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Qualifications in construction, facilities management.
  • Valid certifications, such as CSCS Manager
  • The ability to understand construction designs and manage compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Experience in pricing, estimating, and financial monitoring.
  • A confident, professional, and approachable demeanour.
  • Flexibility to travel and willingness to support additional team functions as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH certification.
  • Experience in M&E, property management, or HSE/CDM.
  • Black CSCS Card or equivalent.
