The position is for a Service Desk Analyst with late shifts, based in a hybrid model in Peterborough, requiring two days in the office after a training period of 4-6 weeks.
This is a 6-month contract starting on January 1st, with the possibility of extension and weekly pay, involving 37.5 hours of work per week with overtime available.
Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in 1st line support or a similar IT Service Desk role, along with strong skills in Windows and Google applications.
The role involves resolving technical IT issues at the 1st and 2nd line level and requires weekend work on a rotational basis.
Full training and support will be provided, along with opportunities for progression within the company.

Service Desk Analyst (Late Shifts)

Hybrid / Peterborough office- 2 days in office. Only after training is completed (4-6 weeks)
6-month contract starting at 1st of January (likely to extend & paid weekly)
37.5 hours per week - overtime available
Hours between Midday and Midnight
Weekend work is required on a rotational basis

Working as part of a project-based team, you will be responsible for resolving technical IT related issues at 1st and 2nd line level, along with getting involved with more hands on tasks, such as desktop builds.

Key Skills:

1st line support experience
Previous IT Service Desk experience (or similar)
Strong Windows and Google skills
Strong communication skills
Supporting international internal users
