- Lead and manage the Business Support Team, ensuring high levels of performance and engagement.
- Ensure accurate and efficient delivery of training administration and other support services to meet delegate and client needs.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external clients to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement through implementing best practices and keeping abreast of industry trends.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of the Business Support Team, ensuring HR processes are handled efficiently.
- Manage financial and administrative processes, including PO requisitions, invoicing, and resolving queries.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, quality standards, and health and safety policies.
- Support business development teams with administrative tasks related to key accounts and projects.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a blue-collar training environment.
- Proven experience in managing high-performing teams.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Degree educated or equivalent.
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to handle complex problems and drive both strategic and operational decisions.
