The RoleOur client is looking for a dynamic Business Support Services Manager, where you will lead the Business Support Team to ensure smooth and efficient training administration, while delivering top-quality support to our clients and delegates.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Business Support Team, ensuring high levels of performance and engagement.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient delivery of training administration and other support services to meet delegate and client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external clients to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement through implementing best practices and keeping abreast of industry trends.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of the Business Support Team, ensuring HR processes are handled efficiently.
  • Manage financial and administrative processes, including PO requisitions, invoicing, and resolving queries.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, quality standards, and health and safety policies.
  • Support business development teams with administrative tasks related to key accounts and projects.
  Your experience:
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a blue-collar training environment.
  • Proven experience in managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Degree educated or equivalent.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to handle complex problems and drive both strategic and operational decisions.
