Day-to-day of the role:- Answering phone calls and managing the primary inbox.
- Inputting orders and processing invoices efficiently.
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and service.
- Collaborating closely with other departments to assist with various tasks.
- Maintaining effective communication with customers to address their needs and queries.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational and diary management skills.
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently.
- Skilled in collating and managing data.
- Friendly demeanor with the ability to adapt to changing environments.
- Experience in multitasking and managing multiple priorities.
