The responsibilities of the Head Chef position include:
- Overseeing kitchen operations efficiently, ensuring adherence to standards and meticulous documentation.
- Proficiently managing inventory, storage, and waste to achieve financial objectives.
- Maintaining composure and efficiency during all service periods.
- Mentoring, instructing, and assessing the kitchen staff, ranging from chefs to assistants.
- Developing and enhancing dishes to drive profitability.
- Showcasing culinary expertise by creating delectable dishes with creativity and finesse.
As the Head Chef, you will lead a team of over 10 members through busy service periods, overseeing all kitchen activities.
